I can not believe how fast time goes. Yesterday Evelyn pulled herself into a standing position using our coffee table. And she is using Mommy and Daddy as jungle gyms! Evee has also learned to take books and toys out of the container.

Woke up this morning to find Evee sitting up in her crib with a big smile. Glad we lowered her mattress! Today is sunny and bright, think we will go for a walk.

Evelyn is getting so big. She can now easily sit herself up from laying on her back and is learning to pull herself up onto her knees using table edges and other pieces of furniture. I can not believe how smart she is!

We have had a busy last couple days. The Patriots pulled off a miracle and are going to the Super Bowl. Things at my job have been crazy, I got switched to a new classroom. Through all this Miss Evelyn has been sitting up all her own, babbling away, and cutting a third tooth. Her laugh makes everything better.

This morning we woke up to find a fine snow falling. Evelyn was in a snuggling mood so I brought her into bed with me and we cuddled close.

We have been practicing standing on her own with Evee. Tonight I held her up to her exersaucer and she held on tight. I quick took a picture just before she started to wobble. Evelyn is so strong and a truly amazing baby.

Sorry for the lack of posts. Our weekend was busy and felt short even with Monday off. Evelyn is growing by leaps and bounds. She loves to eat her rice cereal with fruit or veggies.

We are lucky to live in New England with some awesome sports team. I plan on teaching Evelyn how to cheer them on. Tonight we are cheering on the Patriots!

I work with very difficult students. Evelyn is my comfort and peace at the end of the day. She always bring a smile to my face.

Evelyn loves to roll around our living room. Today I had to stop her from rolling into the fireplace. She also can scoot backwards and half push, half lounge forward. Evee is not crawling yet but I have a feeling she will be soon!

Evelyn is such a busy girl. She loves to play, roll/army crawl, dance, and laugh. Evee brings such joy to our lives, we are lucky parents.
